Your storm surge does not cost you extra: temporary mutual-aid crews and their trucks are not counted. You are billed on the trucks you run day to day.
Questions people ask
Do you charge per user?
No. Every crew member, manager, and office user is included at no extra cost, at every fleet size. Per-seat pricing punishes the exact scanning habit the system depends on.
What counts as a truck?
A vehicle you stock and move material from day to day. Temporary mutual-aid trucks brought in for a storm are not counted.
Is the tool add-on required?
No. The per-truck plan already tracks tool quantities. The add-on is only for serialized, per-unit custody on the specific tools you want to follow by serial.
